New Releases: What upcoming games are you looking forward to?
Hellgate: London had a great idea....a great story....great combat....but a not so great ending. As of writing this game has hit the gaming graveyard after suffering from limited sales and declining server populations. Unfortunate? Yes. Imagine Diablo II with magic and guns, that was Hellgate. I sank countless hours into this game with the repetitive grind and blast before reaching the "end" of the game. Unfortunately it does not offer the same replayability that was so easy in Diablo II. I am unsure if this is due to a stagnant atmosphere of repetition or the not so exciting read me text questing. Most likely it is the result of both and resulted in the toppling of the developing studio. I would still recommend a go through of this game...but I would expect to play this one alone.
